“LIDL” ARRIVED TO BELGRADE: First cornerstone is set! (PHOTO)

The major of Belgrade Sinisa Mali set the cornerstone for the first object of the German company "Lidl", which will be built by 1st November in the Vojislav Ilic street on Zvezdara. Together with the major, the cornerstone was set by the director of central services and a member of Management of the "Lidl" company Dragan Cigoja. 

Major, on this occasion, mentioned that this future project is another proof that the wheel of investments has been launched.

The city has done everything for this investor, and soon others to receive building permit, added Mali. He announced that one big project will be built in Rakovica and Palilula each, as well that new investors are found for constructing on the place of former Police station and reconstruction of the former Belgrade publishing and graphic Bureau building (BIGZ).

The plan is for "Lidl" to build 3 to 5 object during next year, said Mali, and expressed great gratitude to this company and the trust they are showing, and Belgrade will know how to respect that.

Main city architect Milutin Folic was present at the event.
