Juncker: European perspective or repeat of the past
The Western Balkans region urgently needs European perspective or the misfortunes of the past may be repeated, European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker told Firday's conference on Solidarity in Europe in Florence.
According to Juncker, Brussels should take a firmer stance on the common European Union foreign policy, and Europe should pay more attention to the protection of its borders.

European Parliament President Antonio Tajani said that the EU member states should act together to provide security to all citizens of the Union.
“The migrant problem cannot be solved by the countries in the south of Europe alone, solidarity is the key,” agencies quoted Tajani as saying.
