Humanitarian Law Center warns of abuse of victims by Serbian authorities
The Belgrade-based Humanitarian Law Center (HLC) warned on Thursday that the Serbian authorities are abusing the victims of the widespread and systematic crimes committed in 1995 during the Croatian military operation Storm.
