How many times this summer you went out of the house or you returned from work and you just wanted to take your clothes off because you were too hot. Of course, because it is indecent and weird, you gave up. Besides, this kind of behavior is punishable by law, you can be fined or even go to prison!

Experts say that undressing at every public place that is not swimming area is disturbing public peace and order, which regulates the eponymous law. According to the attorney Marija Vagner, >> Pročitaj celu vest na sajtu Telegraf.rs << the law does not specify exactly what falls under disturbing public order and peace, but it is "anything that threatens and prevents normal life or disturb the present. Unusual or dangerous behavior must be reported to the communal or regular police by anyone present.

- According to the Law on Public Order and Peace, for everything that is a misdemeanor is punishable, the punishment can be from a few thousand dinars to the detention of 30 days. The fine depends on the circumstances that have to be determined by police - said Vagner, who is dealing with family relations.

It is not unusual that such an offense can be sentenced conditionally , thinks the lawyer Bozo Prelevic, the fact that no one reacts on half naked men on the street, while woman in topless on the street would shock the people.

- On Ada, Lido or boats, no one reacts to undressed people, but disputable facts is that you have no arrested men walking naked till his belt, but if a woman showed up - everybody would react. Althoght, it is better to send that kind of person to the psychiatric observation, instead of fining them - said Prelevic.
