Draskovic - Against independence
SCG Foreign Minister Vuk Draskovic is against the idea of setting up of independent Kosovo. He points at UN Chart that it is not allowed to set up new independent country on the existing territory of other sovereign country that is against that attempt. He adds that Kosovo status cannot be the same as it was before 1999.
