Croatia’s authorities strongly condemn NDH crimes against Roma
Prime Minister, Andrej Plenkovic, on Thursday strongly condemned the atrocities committed against 17,000 ethnic Roma during the 1941-45 Independent State of Croatia (NDH), while he paid a visit to the Roma Memorial Centre in Ustica, located near Jasenovac.

Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic said on Thursday that the WW2 Nazi-style Independent State of Croatia (NDH) was "one of the most tragic periods in Croatian history" and added that the government is "clearly against the use of Ustasha symbols."
