Croatian envoy in Pristina: Zagreb against border correction

She referred to the 1990s war in Croatia during which the rebel Serbs held over 20 percent of the republic’s territory with an idea to join it to Serbia as a part of “Greater Serbia” plan.

She also complained about the lack of transparency in public calls for investments and public procurement procedures in Kosovo.
Kapitanovic said the potential Croatian investors in Kosovo “though meeting all criteria are excluded from the competitions without a clear explanation.”
