Court acquits Serb ultra-nationalist
Serbia’s Appeal Court has acquitted the leader of an ultra-nationalist leader accused of racial and other discrimination for publishing a list of “Serb haters”.
Ivan Ivanovic, the head of Nasi (Ours) National Movement, published in 2014 a list of 30, as he said, “most notorious haters of the Serbs and traitors” of Serbia among public figures like actors, writers, directors, political analysts and journalists.
The Court saidat its web site that it denied as unfounded an appeal by the High Prosecutor's Office and thus affirmed the High Court verdict which acquitted Ivanovic last November.
