Central Belgrade closed to traffic over the weekend
Most of central Belgrade will be closed to traffic over the weekend for Police Day celebrations.
The police will demonstrate skills and organize exhibits in several places in the centre of the city with the main event to be held at noon on Sunday in front of the Serbian Parliament.
Central squares and streets around the Serbian Parliament and Slavija square will be closed to vehicles between 06:00 and 11:00 pm on Saturday, May 26 and between 08:00 am and 03:00 pm on Sunday, May 27, the Internal Affairs Ministry (MUP) said in a press release. Parked cars will be towed in some streets.
