Borrell: New Vucic – Kurti meeting unnecessary before preconditions are met

European Union's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell told Kosovo’s Prime Minister Albin Kurti in Brussels on Tuesday that the agreed formation of the Communities of Serb Municipalities (CSM) should start as soon as possible.
