Belgrade students safely return from Spain
Belgrade students who encountered problems during their school trip in Spain have returned home, their parents have confirmed for N1.
A group of over 100 students of the Ninth Belgrade Gymnasium set off for a trip to Lloret de Mar, Spain, in mid-July finding out upon their arrival at the hotel that the B2R travel agency, which organised the trip never made a payment for their stay.
Owing to a prompt reaction of Serbia’s Tourism Minister Rasim Ljajic, who said the agency >> Pročitaj celu vest na sajtu N1 televizija << would lose its license for deceiving the students, the students continued their excursion. They spent the whole day in the original hotel’s lobby and were accommodated in another hotel later on.
The parents confirmed the children returned safely and that they were considering a possibility of taking further steps.
