'Radio France International' reported that USA expected signing of bilateral agreement on the status of American forces in SCG during visit of USA Army HQ delegation to SCG from January 10 to 14.
'It is possible that the agreement refers to no extradition of USA soldiers to the permanent International criminal Court that Belgrade recognizes and Washington does not', the RFI report concludes.
