This is better than Rio carnival
"I want to thank everybody who came to Guca to hear trumpet and drum sounds. Have a good time! Dance, drink and eat," Slavomir Nikolic, a poet said opening the 40th trumpet show.
Ivana Zigon, an actress began singing a famous folk song. Trumpeters followed her.
Cannon fire was echoing. People were drinking beer and dancing in a trance.
Some girls were dressed in bathing suits and national caps! Some wore folk dresses, >> Pročitaj celu vest na sajtu Blic << while others were in jeans or fancy clothes. It's a "new Serb fashion"!
A competition of trumpeters was organized and the best one got a prize.
There was a traffic jam near Guca, because people were coming from other Serb towns to have fun.
The night was falling. Trumpeters were still playing; Serb national grill and beer were served; streets were crammed with people who were dancing and singing.
"This is better than Rio carnival!" girls were screaming.
