Man shoots at security and police, multiple injured
The police have arrested a man in the city of Nis, eastern Serbia, who shot at a cafe security and the police from an automatic rifle. Six people were injured during the incident, of which one police officer and the attacker were critically injured.
Eye-witnesses say it was luck that no one else was injured because a crowd of people stood in front of the cafe at the time of the attack.
The shooting was preceded >> Pročitaj celu vest na sajtu N1 televizija << by a clash in the cafe between the suspect and two other young men who accompanied him, and the security workers in the cafe after which three of them were removed from the cafe.
The suspect soon returned with an automatic rifle from which he shot at the security, and then at the police who came to intervene. The police then wounded him in the right leg, after which they disarmed him.
