Serbia’s APR releases company data for 2017

Belgrade’s Delta Holding was the single biggest corporation in Serbia in 2017 with 55 dependent firms including 17 operating abroad, the Economic Registry Agency (APR) said on Thursday.

Second ranked is the Matijevic meat industry in Novi Sad with 41 dependent companies including one abroad and third is the MK Group of Belgrade with 32 dependent companies including three operating abroad.

Their overall income stood at about 3,500 billion Dinars or 1.5 percent more than in 2016 while expenses dropped by 1.6 percent to 3,257 billion Dinars. Their net profits were 210 billion Dinars or 88.4 percent more than a year earlier.
