Pristina: EU doesn’t react when Belgrade violates agreements
Following the European Union demand for an urgent abolishment of import taxes on goods from Serbia, the Kosovo Prime Minister’s chief-of-staff said the bloc did not react when Belgrade violated the agreed deals, the FoNet news agency reported on Thursday, practically accusing the bloc of double standards.
Avni Arifi, also the head of Pristina’s delegation in the technical part of the dialogue with Belgrade, said the >> Pročitaj celu vest na sajtu N1 televizija << EU was very well informed about Belgrade’s violations of all agreements reached during the Belgrade – Pristina dialogue on normalisation of relations.
“I would like if the EU Foreign Policy High Representative Federica Mogherini was worried when the Kosovo delegation informed her and asked for help. On the contrary, the situation has worsened,” Arifi said.
He said he sent a letter in May in which he informed the EU about the agreements reached in Brussels which Serbia violated.
