Zoran Zaev and Boyko Borissov Persons of the Year
The jury of the Independent Agency for the Selection of Best Managers has named Macedonia’s PM, Zoran Zaev and Bulgaria’s PM, Boyko Borissov, Persons of the Year at a ceremony in Sarajevo on Thursday.
Serbia's Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Zorana Mihajlovic was named best minister of 2018 along with Croatia’s Finance Minister Zdravko Maric, and Bosnia’s Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations Mirko Sarovic.
The UK Ambassador to >> Pročitaj celu vest na sajtu N1 televizija << Bosnia, Edward Ferguson, was named best ambassador of the year, while Siegfried Nagl of the Austrian CITY of Graz was named the best mayor.
The best parliamnetarian award went to Azerbaijan MP Javanshir Feyziyev.
Popular Balkan singer Fahreta Zivojinovic, better known under her stage name Lepa Brena, received a "Life Achievement Award", Montenegrin actor Milutin Mima Karadzic was named best actor, and Bosnia’s soccer star Edin Dzeko was named best athlete.
Bosnian politician Bogic Bogicevic also received a Life Achievement Award.
N1 was also named the best TV channel at the ceremony, while the director of its Bosnian office, Amir Zukic, was named best journalist and editor.
