Vucic says he had nothing to say at UN
Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said on Friday that he did not go to New York for the UN General Assembly session because he didn’t have anything to say to Albanian, European and other officials.
“I didn’t want to go to the UN because I would have had to meet with Albanian, European and global representatives and I don’t know what I could say. I want real progress. If you are ready for that I’ll fly to Brussels or to Greenland at once,” Vucic told a media conference >> Pročitaj celu vest na sajtu N1 televizija << in Nis, adding that he had no desire to hear the same stories over again.
Speaking after a meeting with representatives of districts in southern Serbia, the president told reporters that he was satisfied with the job the Serbian delegation did at the UN General Assembly. “I trusted both (Prime Minister) Ana (Brnabic) and (Foreign minister) Ivica (Dacic),” he said.
