Vucic: Serbian people to decide about Kosovo
Serbia’s President Aleksandar Vucic said on Wednesday that he would propose a solution for Kosovo and allow the Serbian people to decide.
“There is nothing nice about Kosovo that we can get and offer the people. Only hardship and difficulties. I will stand before the people and make my proposal. I won’t hide and the people will decide their own future,” he told reporters after a joint military-police exercise >> Pročitaj celu vest na sajtu N1 televizija << in the city of Kraljevo.
Vucic said the population has to be informed of the consequences of any decision, adding that he still hasn’t decided what to offer. He said a decision on the referendum will be taken after a compromise solution is found which does not inflict harm on the citizens.
“We are still far from that solution,” the Serbian president said.
