Some ministers in office too long, Serbian official says
Senior Serbian ruling party official, Parliament Speaker Maja Gojkovic said that some cabinet ministers have been sitting in the government for too long and should take a break.
Gojkovic, a presidency member of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS), told Vecernje Novosti daily that SNS leader Aleksandar Vucic criticised some ministers at a recent session of the party’s top body, saying that they should be implementing government policy instead of just being there to get their pictures taken.
“My conclusion is that some of them have been in the government too long. Maybe they should take a break,” she said.
