Serbia’s Vucic will skip Western Balkans leaders’ working dinner in Brussels

Aleksandar Vucic, Serbia’s President, won’t take part at the working dinner on Monday organised by the European Union for the Western Balkans leaders in Brussels but will meet Jens Stoltenberg, NATO Secretary-General in the Alliance's headquarters.
