Serbia’s PM thanks Finance Minister for job he has done
The Government of Serbia confirmed on Tuesday that its Finance Minister Dusan Vujovic had resigned for personal reasons.
Vujovic submitted his written resignation to Prime Minister Ana Brnabic on Monday, saying that ‘the recognition of eminent local and foreign financial institutions confirm the results” the government achieved during his mandate, the governmnet statement quoted Vujovic’s letter.
Brnabic thanked Vujovic for his cooperation so far, for >> Pročitaj celu vest na sajtu N1 televizija << his commitment to the government's goals and the results achieved in his portfolio, the statement said.
Vujovic’s resignation, that came amid widespread talks on the government’s reshuffle expected after the election of a new mayor of Belgrade, will have to be acknowledged by the parliament.
