“The reform of the salary system is a very important process which should bring order to the salary and employment system for all public administration employees so that we can finally know who and how much should be paid for which job while securing better management for staff and public finances. A reform includes fundamental changes in defining salaries, achievement-based promotion and more transparent and fair distribution of salaries,” the press release said.
