Serbian government: no more seals in business operations
The Serbian government on Thursday abolished the mandatory use of company seals on business documents.
The government adopted changes to the law on companies, banning the mandatory use of company seals on business letters and other documents.
“The government has removed another administrative burden for companies, significantly improving the business environment and Serbia’s position on the World Bank’s Doing Business list and, what is most important, changing the >> Pročitaj celu vest na sajtu N1 televizija << mindset of business people and the general image of Serbia in the world,” the government said in a statement.
The government believes the decision will allow companies to gradually move to electronic business operations.
