Serbian President congratilates Montenegrin govt on bishop enthronement
Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said it was "logical" to expect riots in Cetinje ahead of the enthronement of Metropolitan Joanikije of Montenegro, and congratulated Montenegrin Prime Minister Zdravko Krivokapic on showing that the state has the instruments and can implement its intentions.
