Serbian, Austrian police arrest drug traffickers
The Serbian and Austrian police launched a joint operation against drug traffickers which resulted in the arrest of 13 people and the seizure of a large amount of drugs, the Serbian Internal Affairs Ministry (MUP) said on Wednesday.
The press release said heroin, cocaine and marijuana had been seized along with a large quantity of paracetamol, firearms and more than 20,000 Euro.
The suspects were arrested in parallel operations conducted in Serbia and Austria and have been charged with drug trafficking and illegal firearms possession in both countries.
