Serbia has to wake up, PM Brnabic says
Serbia has to wake up or miss an opportunity in the fourth industrial revolution, Belgrade-based Beta news agency reported Prime Minister Ana Brnabic as saying on Tuesday.
“I keep telling everyone to wake up. This is our time and if we miss this opportunity we will have to wait for a long time to get another,” she said before taking part in a business forum organized by the Sueddeutsche Zeitung newspaper in Berlin.

“Serbia wants to be part of that, in the front ranks, even though the country only launched digitalization a few years ago. That would help us achieve our main strategic goal of membership in the European Union,” she said.
Sueddeutsche Zeitung said that Brnabic wants to turn Serbia into a modern country which would be a kind of digital hub for the Balkans.
