Person who set policemen’s cars aflame, apprehended
Director of Serbia’s Police, Vladimir Rebic, said the police discovered the person who set the two cars belonging to two policemen on fire in the city of Novi Sad and that all cases of arson from a previous couple of days will soon be resolved.
Speaking to Radio and Television of Serbia, Rebic said that the apprehended person was charged with a criminal offence of causing danger to the general population.
"We have good leads in two out of eight remaining cases, and >> Pročitaj celu vest na sajtu N1 televizija << we will apprehend the perpetrators very soon, but our focus is also on solving all the crimes that caused great public attention," Rebic stressed.
A number of cars were set on fire in the past couple of days, mostly in the towns of Novi Sad, Kragujevac and Nis.
