PM says Serbia appreciates European Parliament support
Prime Minister Ana Brnabic told European Parliament (EP) rapporteur David McAllister that Serbia appreciates its support in the European integration process.
A government press release said that Brnabic told McAllister that Serbia has been recognized as an equal and reliable partner to the European Union and added that the German parliamentarian voiced praise for the government’s efforts on the road to EU membership.

McAllister said that regional cooperation and stronger relations with neigbours as well as reconciliation are the foreign policy priorities that Serbia should continue following. The continued dialogue with Pristina is crucial to the stability of the region, he said, adding that he expects the EP to adopt a resolution on Serbia by the end of the year which will provide added incentive for the country along its European path.
