PM:Kosovo and standard more important than Govt. reshuffle
Serbia’s Prime Minister says that there are no more important issues than solving the Kosovo problem and boosting the living standard, adding that a Government reshuffle takes too much energy, the FoNet news agency reported on Friday.
“That’s because I don’t mention it,” Ana Brnabic told the Dnevnik daily ahead of a joint session of Serbia’s central and Vojvodina’s provincial governments, adding that the >> Pročitaj celu vest na sajtu N1 televizija << ministers “are there to work and solve the problems and not to make a reality show of the Government.”
She said that the negotiations with 21 intentional investors to Vojvodina were under way and that a total value of those investments would be some two billion Euros and would create 6,000 new jobs.
Brnabic did not mention who those potential investors were.
Speaking about the Kosovo issue, she said that the separation was one of the possibilities.
“As responsible politicians, we must not reject any opportunity while the negotiations are going on to secure a manoeuvring space to ourselves,” Brnabic said.
She added that “our most important task is to secure the safety of our citizens living in Kosovo and Metohija, to provide them better living standard and to preserve our cultural heritage.”
