Maja Gojkovic possible new Minister of Culture
Serbian Parliament Speaker Maja Gojkovic will be the new Minister of Culture and Information, while someone who is not part of the ruling coalition could be the new Parliament Speaker, the "Blic" newspaper said.
Nenad Canak is mentioned as one of the candidates for Gojkovic's "replacement" in the Parliament.
Referring to an unnamed source from the top of the government, the “Blic” newspaper said that Maja Gojkovic has long shown interest in replacing Vladan Vukosavljevic, >> Pročitaj celu vest na sajtu N1 televizija << the current Minister of Culture and Information, who "did not do the best job on this position".
Maja Gojkovic has the support of the Serbian President, the Prime Minister and all of the Government in carrying out the new function.
In addition to the Minister of Culture, Blic writes that Serbia’s Sports Minister Vanja Udovicic could leave the Government due to numerous affair, as well as Serbia’s Economy Minister Goran Knezevic due to private reasons.
