MEP Soltes: Belgrade should resume dialogue with Pristina
Serbia should try solving all crucial issues by October or November this year otherwise this will get harder due to the election in the European Parliament the next year, the European Parliament member (MEP) Igor Soltes has said at an international parliamentary conference in Belgrade on Friday.
“What is done by October or November this year will be made concrete, due to the election in the European Parliament. It is necessary to press all institutions here and in the EU to try >> Pročitaj celu vest na sajtu N1 televizija << solving all crucial issues otherwise this will be a lot harder later on,” said Soltes, adding that the EU accession is a two-way process where each side has to do its part of work.
According to him, the EU is an important trade, economic and mobilization partner to Serbia, and is also one of the greatest donors to the country.
The MEP also said there were many things Serbia should to in the sectors of administration and judiciary, fight against corruption, fundamental rights, and so on, adding that Belgrade should resume the dialogue with Pristina,
