Journalist ordered to give statement to Serbian prosecutor
Journalist Stefan Cvetkovic, who went missing for two days in mid-June, said he had received a summons to make a statement about his disappearance to the Basic Public Prosecutor in the town of Vrsac.
The Beta news agency said it had been granted access to the summons which stated that he was being called to make a statement on suspicion of having made a false report. Cvetkovic told the news agency that he would hold another media conference to disclose all the details of the case.

Cvetkovic’s disappearance was reported on the night of June 13-14. High ranking Serbian officials said he had been found the next day.The journalist told a June 19 news conference that he had been abducted by three men from his car in his home town of Bela Crkva.
Cvetkovic also told Beta that he has been attacked in a restaurant in Bela Crkva.
