International tender for building in Serbia’s Nis city
Serbia’s Government's Office for managing public investments called a tender for constructing a building in its southern city of Nis worth 8.75 million Euros (excluding VAT), financed by the European Investment Bank.
Offers can be submitted by 10am June 18 at the latest.
The building will be situated in the city’s Science Park and the tentative date for the construction’s kick off is August this year, while the deadline for finishing the works is set for the autumn >> Pročitaj celu vest na sajtu N1 televizija << next year.
The object will occupy approximately 14,000 square meters with over 3,000 square meters of an underground space.
Apart from the Science Park’s building the project includes a multifunctional part of the Nis' Faculty of Electronic Engineering.
