The stance of the Statutory Commission of Democratic Party is that all members of that political party claiming for themselves to belong to liberal-democratic fraction and its managers, practically exclude themselves from DS.
As 'Blic' finds out almost all Jovanovic's 'managers' have been excluded from DS membership.
'According to the Statute, there are no fractions in DS. All those presenting themselves as members of managers of that fraction practically exclude themselves from DS', our source in that political party said.
