Within the six suggestions for Serbia, Belgrade is expected to adopt a credible and mandatory system of financial rules and to finalise the privatisation of the remaining banks and encourage the usage of a local currency.
On top of that, Serbia should harmonise the subsidy instruments with the rules on state aid and to make para-fiscal duties predictable.
Within its preparation for the EU membership, Belgrade has to involve the unemployed in the active work market network, to include the relevant institutions into the dual education and to improve the fight against illegal work.
