Average April salary in Serbia higher than a year earlier
The average gross salary in Serbia in April 2018 stood at 67,901 Dinars (575 Euro) while the average net salary stood at 49,117 Dinars (416 Euro), the Serbian Statistics Office said on Monday.
Compared to the same month a year earlier, the average gross salary is nominally higher by 6.2 percent and by 5 percent in real terms while the average net salary is nominally higher by 6.7 percent and by 5.5 percent in real terms.
The median gross salary stood at 52,779 Dinars >> Pročitaj celu vest na sajtu N1 televizija << (445 Euro) and the median net salary at 38,394 Dinars (325 euro).
According to Statistics Office data, average salaries in Serbia dropped in February and rose in March compared to the same months a year earlier.
