Serbian Progressive Party conceals costs of electoral campaign

Before the 2013 elections, SNS activists had more than a thousand overnight stays in Zaječar, but the bills were paid in cash, while the payments were not reported to the Anti-Corruption Agency. The Agency found irregularities in campaign financing in most political parties, but sanctions are missing in most cases. Thus, SNS did not report a part of costs of organization of Rudolph Giuliani’s visit to Belgrade in 2012, SPS concealed costs of advertising, while DS hushed up costs of promotional material printing and conventions
