Kosovo advisor denies presidents discussed territory swap
A political advisor to the Kosovo president is reported on Friday as denying that the presidents of Serbia and Kosovo discussed an exchange of territories.
Advisor Blerim Shala said that Presidents Hashim Thaci and Aleksandar Vucic discussed a possible border agreement, the media in Pristina reported.
He said they discussed the normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia.
“We have to tend to have Serbia formally recognise Kosovo. If that is not done, we have no reason to talk to Serbia,” Sala is reported to have said.
