CSEBA and SRCIC invite you to apply for scholarships
ZAGREB - Chinese Southeast European Business Association (CSEBA) and Silk Road Chamber of International Commerce (SRCIC) invite all interested to apply for scholarships for two faculties - Chang’an University and Northwestern Polytechnical University.
Scholarships are covered by The Silk Road Sunshine Public Fund which was established by the Silk Road Chamber of International Commerce (SRCIC) in 2016 to support the education of students in Silk Road countries.
This >> Pročitaj celu vest na sajtu SEEbiz.eu << year the fund will support 30 students to complete four years undergraduate study in one of the many prestigious universities in Xi’an. The fund covers tuition, accommodation, insurance and RMB1500 stipend per month for 10 months for the students.

Chang’an University
Directly affiliated to the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China, Chang'an University is one of the State "211 Project" key development universities jointly run by the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Land Resources, Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Construction and Shaanxi Provincial Government. It is concurrently one of the key development universities on the State “985” Project advantage discipline innovation platform. The university was officially established in the year 2000 by merging the former Xi'an Highway University, Xi'an Engineering Institute and Northwest Institute of Construction Engineering, which were founded in the early 1950s. Chang’an University has 21 schools or departments, 5 national-level key disciplines, 26 provincial-level key disciplines, 8 post-doctoral research stations, 8 first-level and 52 second-level doctoral programs, 26 first-level and 122 second-level master programs, 40 undergraduate specialties as well as 8 fields of degree conferment of Mater of Public Management and Master of Industrial and Commercial Management, and 16 enrollment fields of masters in engineering.
Northwestern Polytechnical University
Located in the historic city of Xi'an, cradle of Chinese civilization and terminus of the ancient Silk Road, Northwestern Polytechnical University (NPU) is the only multidisciplinary and research-oriented in China that is simultaneously developing education and research programs in the fields of aeronautics, astronautics, and marine technology engineering. It is now affiliated to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT). Since the establishment of the People's Republic of China (PRC), NPU has always been one of the nation’s key universities. In 1960 it was approved as a state key university by the State Council. It ranked among China’s top 15 universities in the state’s 7th and 8th Five-Year plans; and NPU is one of the first 22 universities to have established a graduate school. On the long march towards establishing a world first-class university and world first-class disciplines, NPU is drawing on its deep moral, intellectual and spiritual roots so that it can serve the major strategic needs of the country and foster China’s modernization and construction while promoting world scientific and technological progress.
CSEBA became full-fledged member of SRCIC in 2017. SRCIC is composed of national commercial associations of the Silk Road countries, and is the first non-profit and non-government international business confederation named after the Silk Road. It was founded in 2015, and currently has around 100 organizational members from 75 countries, including state-level organizations and correspondents.
