Ivica Dacic, Serbia’s Parliament Speaker, said on Friday that a special session on the Constitutional changes regarding judiciary would be held on June 7, when the MPs would decide on them in principle.

If the changes were adopted, the Committee for Constitutional Issues would start drafting the amendments.

That would be followed by the second Parliament’s session during which the two-thirds majority of 250 deputies could adopt the amendments.

After that, a referendum on changes should be held within 60 days.
