US legal experts in Serbia: Ethics is crucial for judicial integrity
Two US legal experts Judge David Keenan and retired FBI special agent Robert Sproull, both from the United States, spent last week on Stara Planina Mt, with Serbia’s law students, judges, prosecutors and defence lawyers at the Summer School for Criminal Justice, and had as both described a great experience. They talked to Novi Magazin about the differences and similarities between the law practices in the US and Serbia and about what students asked them, underlining the discussion about ethics and agreed it is a crucial element in judicial integrity
